This time Wally has landed in Warsaw an appeared in Torwar Arena. Good show with around 4000 attendants. Some aftershow party and a double platinum for “Making Mirrors”. See you around.
Following day I headed with my rental to Orlando, where at the House of Blues located at Disney World, Wally had another performance. In the fully packed night club once again few thousand guests squeezed in, to see Gotye. This time the concert was much better lighted and I could test some different angles. Not always with luck. Tiffany in “Somebody” once again. Next time we meet in Warsaw on 5th of November.
Lufthansa took me to Miami, FL, then a rental car took me to Klipsch Amphitheater where I met Wally after few weeks since Japan. He is still in form and almost at the end of the US part of the tour. The open air concert gained few thousand guests. Longer version than the time limited in Tokyo and Osaka. 90 minutes of emotion and good music. Tiffany Lamson from Givers joined Wally for “Somebody” – a good compilation and strong voice of Tiff made it hair raiser. Cool stuff, guys.
Next jump was to stage with Adam Lambert performing on the same stage as Gotye. More crowd, more volume, more power. The show must go on.
Among the artist lined up in Tokyo, a vast parformance of Nelly Furtado. Only few shoots this time, as the other stage called me for another artist. Anyway enjoy tese few pictures.
I have to admit, I have a huge backlog of posts that I should blog. This summer was busy. Sitting in Hiroshima, Japan I try to screen all the photos from Tokyo and Osaka Summer Sonic 2012 festival. I went to Japan few days before the doors has open with almost hundred artists performing on 7 stages in Tokyo and 4 in Osaka. The festival with it 13 years history attracts lot of artist and huge crowd of fans looking for other than Japanese bands. I will present few.
